The course includes a wide exercise program focused on the postural muscles that are the muscles that helps the body balanced and are essential to give strenght to the spine. This training method is also useful for the postural re-education.
Pilates exercises help to acquire consciousness of the breath and the position of the spine, strengthening the trunk muscles, which are very important to alleviate and prevent backache. With this training method you will not only strengthen your abs, but also the muscles area next to the spine and the pelvis.
The key factor of this training method is the tonification of all muscles connected with the trunk: abs, gluteus, abductors and the lower back area.
